Privacy Policy

FieldVector LLC (“FieldVector,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Pantry to Plate mobile application. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information stored on your device

Your pantry entries, favorites, recent recipes, preferences, meal-planning information, and shopping lists may be stored locally on your device so the app can function. FieldVector does not receive this locally stored information unless you use a feature that sends it to a service described below or voluntarily include it in a support request.

Shared Household

If you choose Shared Household, Pantry to Plate uses Supabase to create an anonymous account identifier and synchronize information between participating devices. Synchronized information may include the household code and membership records, pantry-item names, meal-plan content, and related timestamps. Other people who join the same household can access its shared information. Only share a household code with people you trust.

Analytics

Pantry to Plate uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and improve reliability and features. Analytics may process app interactions, app version, device and operating-system information, general geographic information, and diagnostic or performance information. We do not use pantry ingredient names or meal-plan contents as analytics event values.

Purchases and subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. These services may process purchase status, product identifiers, transaction or subscription information, an app-user identifier, and device or app information needed to provide and restore Premium access. FieldVector does not receive your full payment-card number.

Copying and sharing

Clipboard and sharing features run only when you choose them. Copy List places selected shopping-list text on your device clipboard. Share List sends selected text to your device’s sharing interface. Any destination app you select handles the information under its own privacy policy.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and diagnostic details you choose to send. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot problems, and improve the app.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve Pantry to Plate.
• Synchronize Shared Household data when you enable that feature.
• Manage Premium access and restore purchases.
• Measure app usage, diagnose problems, and prevent misuse.
• Respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use Supabase for Shared Household authentication and storage, Google Firebase for analytics, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Apple or Google for store distribution and payment processing. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored information remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Information handled by service providers is retained as needed to operate the relevant feature, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the service. To request deletion of Shared Household or support information associated with you, contact us. We may need reasonable information to locate and verify the relevant records.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Pantry to Plate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Your choices and rights

You may choose not to use Shared Household, purchases, clipboard sharing, or support email, and you can remove local app data through the app or your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. FieldVector does not sell personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Pantry to Plate changes. The revised policy will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
