Vendors and staff are checked against the HHS-OIG exclusion list (LEIE), SAM.gov, and state Medicaid exclusion lists, then rechecked on a schedule.
A six-question rubric sorts every vendor into Low, Medium, or High. Tierosta suggests answers, but a person approves every tier, and the tier sets how often a vendor is rescreened.
